Our facilities
To ensure high-quality workmanship and meet the needs of each order, Bacchin Srl uses modern, high-performance systems, designed to offer efficiency, precision and versatility.
From sandblasting to micro-sandblasting, up to the drying stage and the handling of heavier materials, each structure is designed to ensure excellent results on a wide range of surfaces and materials.
Below is an overview of the main systems present in our headquarters in the province of Padua.
Sandblasting plant
Our sandblasting plant consists of a manual sandblasting cabin with angular metal grit, with a size of 5.00 x 5.00 hx 15.00 meters. There is also a second automatic roller grit plant with a mouth of 2.00 x 1.5 h. meters.
Micro-sandblasting plant
Micro sandblasting with:
- Garnet
- Corundum
- Glass Microspheres
for sandblasting on car bodies, stainless steel and wood.
Drying oven
To best satisfy the most demanding requests we have two ovens measuring 14.00 x 14.00 x 5 m, and two ovens measuring 7.00 x 14.00 x 5 m
Lifting organs
We are able to move and lift components up to 20 tons. In detail, we have 4 Demag 10-ton overhead cranes, 1 Linde 3-ton forklift, 1 Linde 2.5-ton forklift.
